Homenature Online Return & Exchange Policy

At Homenature, we want to you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if you must return or exchange any product, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase
  • Return credits will be issued in the form of store credit, less any applicable return delivery &/or pick up fees
  • Store credits are valid for use within 1 full year from credit date
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of receipt Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange
  • We are unable to refund or exchange items that are found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging a product
  • In-store returns or exchanges will be accepted
  • Orders that have not shipped yet can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

Damaged Products During Shipping:

Unfortunately items are sometimes damaged during shipping. We’re sorry in advance if this happens with your order.  We ask that you email a brief description & few pics showing the damages within 48 hours of receipt of your items.  Please send emails to info@homenature.com. Please do not discard the damaged item or its packaging as we may ask for it to be shipped back to our warehouse. Once we are in receipt of the damaged items – we will send out replacements.  In the event that an item is repairable – we reserve the right to send a 3rd party to your delivery receipt address to inspect/repair the item. This is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and the ship-to location.

Defective products:

Products delivered with factory defects, missing parts or any other issues occurring prior to shipment must be reported to Homenature via email within 48 hours of receipt.  We ask that you email a brief description & few pics showing the issue within 48 hours of receipt of your items. Please send emails to info@homenature.com. Homenature will attempt to replace the defective items as quickly as possible. However, due to the curated nature of most of our products, some replacement items may take additional time. Order updates will be communicated via email.

Custom or Special Order Products:

Due to the custom and made to order processes involved, custom or special orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed. How and where to return your product: All products must be packed and securely sealed in the original shipping package and mailed to the following address:
